Project Overview
Qtech is a company specializing in printer repair and cartridge refill services. The main objective of the website was to create an intuitive and professional online platform where customers can easily learn about services, request support, and get in touch with the company.
My Role
I was responsible for the complete development of the website, including:
- UX/UI Design – Designed a clean and service-oriented interface to ensure easy navigation for users looking for printer maintenance and cartridge refilling services.
- WordPress Development – Built the website using Elementor, making it fully editable and manageable by the client.
- Service Showcase – Implemented a structured layout to clearly present services, pricing, and contact options.
- Hosting & Domain Management – Managed the domain registration and hosting setup for a smooth launch.
Challenges & Solutions
📌 Service Presentation: One challenge was making the service offerings clear and easy to understand for visitors. I structured the homepage with clear sections for each service and added relevant images and call-to-action buttons.
📌 Customer Inquiry & Contact Forms: To streamline customer communication, I integrated custom contact forms where users can request a service quote or consultation.
Future Enhancements
🚀 SEO Optimization: Future updates will include keyword-based SEO optimization to attract more customers looking for printer repair and cartridge refilling services.
