Project Overview

Eurosel.az is a local internet service provider offering high-speed internet, cable TV, and other telecommunication services to individuals and businesses. The website is designed to provide clear and accessible information about the company’s internet plans, packages, and customer support services.

My Role

I was responsible for the designing and developing of the website, ensuring it serves as a functional and informative platform for potential and existing customers. Key contributions include:

• UX/UI Design, Designed a clean and intuitive layout with a focus on easy navigation and highlighting key services, such as internet packages and support.
• WordPress Development, Built the website using Elementor, ensuring that the client could easily update and manage content.
• Service Information, Created dedicated sections to showcase the different internet plans, pricing, and packages, along with FAQs and support details.
• Contact & Support Forms, Developed contact forms for customer inquiries and an easy-to-use support ticket system for existing clients.
• User Account Portal, Integrated a user-friendly account management system where customers can view their service details, bills, and more.
• Promotional Offers Section, Added a section to highlight special deals or discounts, which can be updated easily.

Challenges & Solutions

Service Clarity: Presenting complex internet service packages and features in a clear and understandable way was a challenge. To address this, I used comparison tables and easy-to-read icons to display the offerings effectively.

Multilingual Content: The website needed to support multiple languages. I implemented a multilingual plugin to ensure smooth language switching between Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.

Future Enhancements

SEO Optimization: Enhancing SEO strategies to increase visibility for customers searching for local internet providers in the region. Online Payment Integration: Adding online payment options for customers to easily pay bills and manage subscriptions directly through the website. Mobile App Integration: Future integration with a mobile app for customers to manage their services on the go.
