Project Overview
The official website of renowned poet Ayaz Vəfalı was commissioned by his family to showcase his life and literary works. The primary goal of the website is to serve as a digital archive of his poetry, books, and media appearances.
My Role
I was responsible for the entire website development process, including:
- UX/UI Design – Crafted a clean and user-friendly layout.
- WordPress Development – Built the site from scratch using Elementor and ACF.
- Hosting & Domain Management – Purchased and set up the hosting and domain.
Challenges & Solutions
📌 Content Delays: The biggest challenge was receiving content from the client, which slowed down the website’s completion. To address this, I structured the website to be easily updatable as content becomes available.
📌 Highlighting Key Sections: Since the poet’s family wanted to emphasize his books and media presence, I created dedicated sections for them, ensuring a structured and engaging presentation.
Future Enhancements
🚀 Digital Library: All books will be digitized and made available for online reading.
🎥 Expanded Media Gallery: More videos and photos will be added to enrich the poet’s online presence.
